Orchard Park Girls Softball All Star team!

I am writing to you today on behalf of the Orchard Park 12u District Softball Team, a group of talented young athletes who have achieved an extraordinary accomplishment. They have been selected to represent the entire western region of New York at the New York State Championship in Smithtown, NY, in Long Island from July 13th to July 16th.

This is an unprecedented achievement for our community and a proud moment for Orchard Park Little League. For the first time in our league's history, a district softball team has earned the opportunity to compete on a national stage. The girls have shown incredible dedication, perseverance, and skill throughout their journey, and their hard work has paid off.

While we celebrate this momentous occasion, we also face a significant challenge. The team is in need of financial support to cover transportation and hotel expenses for the tournament. As the announcement of their participation came right after their victory in the regional game in Fillmore, NY on July 9th, time is of the essence. We kindly request your assistance in ensuring these deserving athletes can attend and compete at the highest level.

Your contribution will not only support our team financially but will also send a powerful and positive message to future female softball players in the Orchard Park Little League.
