Not a cat person? You’ve gotta meet our baby Oracle! He is the sweetest spunkiest little boy; curious, playful, and loyal. He melts the hearts of everyone he meets and has never met anyone he didn’t like. And for those of you who don’t know, we adopted him with eye issues that we knew would impact him for his lifetime.
While we have covered all medical expenses to date, his upcoming surgery is something that unfortunately, we cannot cover completely.
Why Surgery? Oracle has developed an early onset glaucoma in his right eye that medical therapy is no longer able to control. The next step in our journey is also hopefully the final step. He will undergo an Endolaser Glaucoma surgery that will enable the excess fluid retention in his eye to drain and stabilize the ocular pressure giving him a better quality of life, pain free and most importantly, with the ability to retain his vision.
We are confident in our Ophthalmologist, she is passionate in her job, and has a high success rate in her surgeries. We would not risk such a complicated surgery if we were not confident in her abilities or if we had a better option.
Asking for monetary help has always been difficult for me to do because I understand that financial hardships are a reality for most of us. However, if you are in a position to help us monetarily, please know that even the smallest amount, cumulatively, can have the biggest impact. And if you can’t afford to donate at this time, please help us by sending your positivity, best wishes, prayers, and by sharing our link.
We are beyond grateful for the support!
