Brock's Bone Grafting

Brock is the sweetest most loving 10 year ever. He is everyone's friend and has never met a stranger. He is funny and defiently a class clown. Brock was born with a severe bilateral cleft lip and palate as well as amniotic band syndrome. He has had 6 surgeries since birth and has grown into a handsome young man. Everyone who meets Brock is touched by his loving spirit and infectious smile. We are preparing for the first major surgery in 6 years to continue to repair his cleft lip and palate. This surgery will be bone grafting for his gum line to ensure that his teeth can come in correctly. The surgeon is out of network so we are required to pay for the whole procedure prior to the surgery date July 1, 2015.
