Memorial Fund for Jacob Chubb

I created this fund in honor of my loving husband. He was a devoted husband to our three beautiful babies. He loved his babies more than anything in this world. On March 13th, Jacob passed away in a semi truck accident. He went above and beyond to provide for his family. This fund will also help cover living expenses as Jacob was our only income. Funds will also cover items needed by the three babies he left behind.  I loved and will always love him. I love you always and forever Jacob and I will never forget you or let these babies forget about you. Xoxo
