Most of you are aware of my deployment and service history. I have put off getting a service dog for years, mostly due to my instability. I’m currently in a PTSD and recovery clinic at the VA in White City, Oregon. I am here indefinitely. My therapist and psychiatrist, as well as my Vietnam, Desert Storm, OIF & OEF Veteran friends here all believe a service dog will help me. The Dog I need is a “Presa-Canario.” The dog has a temperament that is well paired for my condition. I appreciate any help in achieving my goal. Thank you.
