Operation: Savannah's B-day Gifts
Hi, my name is Nichole Boone. Nearly 7 months ago, on April 16, 2016, my husband and I lost our oldest daughter, Savannah Nichole Boone, through and unexpected accident. She was 2 years, 5 months and 1 day old. Our lives and heart have changed so much. We have realized how previous life is and how our time spent here is so important. it is so vital to love and feel loved in this life...
Savannahs 3rd birthday is coming up this Tue, Nov. 15, 2016. We have asked our friends and family (and anyone else who wants to help) to do something a little different. We are requesting gift cards. We plan to take all of the proceeds and purchase gifts and personally deliver to children whom have spent their birthday in the hospital or to children in an orphanage whom may not have been able to celebrate their birthday. I will share our story with each child and allow then to learn of our Savannah and that she doesn't need gifts in heaven so we are certain she would want us to share them with these children.
This is a dream of ours to do something so special annually for our daughter as it would mend our souls to speak the love of God to children who need it. Absolutely anything you have could help. Pennies do add up and you never know how much just a few dollars could do to make a difference in a child's life, and such a huge difference for us to be. able to delivery that.
I will have a Facebook page that you can follow it's is under the same name as this one. I will post updates often with the total donation amounts, the gifts that have been purchased, and the children whom have received them!
