A few days ago, I had a close friend of mine commit suicide. His name was Nick and he was dealing with a silent battle that was hard to see. PTSD claimed Nick's life. He was only 36 as a veteran of the U.S Military and also a student. Today I speak out about PTSD and suicide awareness as this may be affecting someone closer than you may know. In response I have started a gofundme to donate to Mission 22. Mission 22 is a organization set to support and provide treatment for veterans who are suffering from PTSD.
