Hello everyone! The struggle is real! As many of you know I am a third year medical Student at Wake Forest School of Medicine and am currently on my clinical rotations. You have all been part of my medical school journey and your prayers and love have been amazing. It was only with that and the grace of God that I've made it this far! The next step along the way is my Step 2 Board Licensing Exam I am preparing for this spring. The class and study prep is in Champaign, Illinois and the class alone will cost $5,000 to attend. Additional costs will include meals, travel and lodging. Unfortunately it is not covered by the school, and I am unable to work outside of being a full time medical student. Most of my time includes on average 12-hour days in clinical rotations each week, sometimes 6 days a week, and also many many hours studying for my in house /class exams. The culmination of the year is the STEP 2 exam this summer, with the prep class beginning next month in May. My deadline is May 15. As of May 1, I have registered and secured a place in teh program! I still need $3000 for the program and additional funds for living expenses while there. Anything you contribute will help with the costs to take the exam. Thank you so much! If you would prefer venmo or PayPal I have that information below as well!
Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions you may have!
Best and Much Love,
