Operation Light Of Hope : For Sderot's Children
Donation protected
My name is Anna Toledano and I am a 10th grade Jewish student based in the USA. After seeing the horrendous attacks on Israelis on October 7th, 2023, I felt utterly helpless. Simha Torah, a Jewish high holiday was ruined by this terrible pogrom. Jewish kids in Israel missed out on the most exciting holiday of the year for the crime of only being Jewish. That's why, with the help of my mom, aunt, and family in Sderot, I am organizing a Hannukah celebration to keep the Hannuka light alive and the candles glowing amidst the chaos of war and death around them.
Join us in bringing joy and light to the displaced children of Sderot during these challenging times. The children and families of Sderot, Israel, (only one mile from GAZA) experienced unthinkable attacks, enduring the fear and chaos caused by frequent rocket attacks and displacement from their previous homes. Your generosity will ensure they experience the magic of presents for over 150 kids, the beauty of candlelight, and the comfort of delicious Festive Donuts. Hanukkah is a time of miracles, light, and love. Let's unite to light up their world with love and hope this Hanukkah season. Together, we can bring warmth to their hearts and remind these resilient children that brighter days are ahead.
