About 20 years ago, when I was in the 9th grade, I had my locker kicked in my face and it broke my tooth. Since last year, I have had a crown and it unfortunately fell out on December 31st, 2023. I have gone one year without my tooth. I have done the prep work to get an implant installed! Insurance is only covering a small fraction of the cost of the implant and all the fees associated with it.

This $2,500 is what is left and I unfortunately do not have. I was approved for a loan for a little under half. This GoFundMe is to help with the remainder. Any help towards getting my implant would be so appreciated! I cannot wait to smile with a full set of teeth again!
