Operation help Roxy pay for college ❤️

Dear Friends and Family,

My amazing and talented daughter has worked tirelessly for the past 4 years to earn herself a spot at the Pratt Institute in NYC.

Her dream is to be a writer and to be apart of the literary community. She plans to write and work in publishing while earning her BFA at The Pratt Institute.

She has worked so hard to earn herself a scholarship that will cover the majority of her tuition, however we just found out that our application for the loan to cover the rest of the money has been denied.

We are now $17,500 short to send Roxy to college and we have just about a month before the school unenrolls her from school.

It is never easy to be in a position where you have to rely on others and ask for help, but my deep love and pride for my daughter Roxy motivates me to put my pride aside and do whatever it takes to see her realize her dreams.

As a single mom, I would love for my daughter to have the same support and opportunities as everyone else, and go further than I was able to go.

Update: I wanted to post the update to the original message. Pratt allowed Roxy to begin school as long as the balance is paid before December 2024. Then she can enroll for next semester.
