Frankie is a wonderful dog that has endured so much tragedy in his 5 years of life. He was a Korean meat market dog and was severely abused with barb wire and chains that were imbedded in his body. He has the worst scars I’ve ever seen on a dog wrapping around his entire torso! Sadly he has lived alone and abandoned for years. He needs major rehabilitation to be adoptable. Green dog rescue project Frankie. The pictures are so brutal it’s something I can never unsee! We caught him after several weeks of very challenging terrain going to the site several times a day with no luck. It was like finding a needle in a haystack.  My dedicated husband constructed a large trap crate and without it he would still be alone and barely surviving living off of rotting garbage out of school dumpsters. He hasn’t had a family to love him or a home to live in for years. His MO is to escape and we can understand why since he has been through so much abuse and torture! Please help us help him! This is going to be a long process of healing with professionals who know how to help him trust again. He may need help for the rest of his life. He has PTSD like a War Vet. We are not equipped to to deal with his abuse issues. What’s truly amazing is after all his suffering he is very sweet and not aggressive. He is just extremely nervous and anxious and needs the help he desperately deserves. There is so much more to his story it’s unbelievable. Thank you for all of your support! One life at a time!
