operation for new G-Tube site

Hi, my name is Mike I am trying to raise money for an operation for the new G_Tube sight. When a person cannot swallow such as me, they put a tube like a catheter in the stomach. after a time, they need to do an operation for the new site my site is one of the oldest sites, they need to do a 2 part procedure on me because of this. Currently, my site is leaking stomach acid to the outer layer, eating my skin away very painful I would be thankful for any help!
