Operation for James

My friend James had a terrible accident this morning, while trying to help someone load a heavy piece of equipment.

The item fell on him and shattered his leg.  He will have an operation this weekend to install rods and pins in his leg.

He has no insurance and no means of support as he rehabs over many weeks.

The operation  is $40,000.  He gave them a deposit on a credit card but has no idea how he will make payments.

I am starting the fund with $1000.
