OPERATION FOR ARTIE
Donation protected
Hello All, as some of you know I walk dogs for elderly people as a volunteer. One of these dogs need your help. Artie is appr 8 yrs old. I have been walking him for for the last 2 years. Firstly him and his brother Opie (not related but bros at heart) were just interested in getting out of the house. After a while I started to take them to the river and they love it so much they demand to be taken there now;). Lately Artie started limping on his left back leg. Artie has a torn cruciate ligament. Hence he doesnt put weight on his leg cause it feels weird as it moves inside. If he keeps walking like this, it may get worse and he is prone to very bad arthritis later on. Here is a video of my vet explaning what the op involves :

The whole cost of this is AUD 2095.00.
Kath, the owner is not able to afford the operation on her own. As I have grown very fond of Artie I would love to be able to raise enough money to make this operation possible. I hope you ll find some spare bucks to make a huge different to the life of these two dogs. And I ll promise once Artie has recovered and is better on his leg to take them to their favourite spot at the Swan river every weekend:)
With lots of gratitude in advance.
Yours Britta, Kath, Artie and Opie;)
