Operation Covid Faceshields and Masks
Donation protected
As many know we are experiencing a shortage of masks around the country. Currently, in Ontario, social workers and other front line staff working with marginalized populations are facing the prospects of having to close or reduce their operations due to the lack of PPE.
The first phase of our project aims to provide Face Shields and Cloth Masks to front line staff and vulnerable populations in the Hamilton area. Moving forward we hope to be able to provide face shields and masks to anyone in Ontario with a need.
We are also looking for anyone with 3D PRINTERS or SEWERS to help us produce masks. Please contact us at [email redacted]
The money donated will be used to purchase:
Filter Material for Cloth Masks
Polycarbonate for Face Shields
Supplies to Sterilize and Distribute Masks.
Elastic Bands for Cloth Masks and Face Shields
Check out our site at Operation Covid Masks
or on twitter @OpCovidMasks
Our first batch of face shields and masks will be going to assist the front line social workers at Hamilton Urban Core Overdose Prevention Site and their clients.
