Operation "Disco Kitchen"

Disco Kitchen was born through my soul passion for music, culinary arts and out of a desperate
need to adjust to COVID19.  I am an Artist,
Creator, Dancer, DJ, and Chef. Disco and/or
House Music are at the top of my collections and playlists.  I am excited to share this concept with the world, feeding and nurturing the souls of
many through music and food. 

The menu will feature my original product,
“Disco Rolls” (Collard green egg rolls): a fusion
dish that I created using ingredients of the
African Diaspora. I will be using the
“Cloud Kitchen” concept.  Cloud Kitchens are
centralized licensed commercial food
production facilities where  one or two to
dozens of restaurants rent space to prepare
delivery-optimized menu items. My goal for
“Disco Kitchen” is to create a home like
environment that will attract consumers and
like-minded people, I believe I can make an
honest living in a space created and filled with
love, music and food.

-Fresh Collard Greens braised in Coconut Milk
and smoked Turkey. Hand rolled in gluten-free
Wontons and deep-fried to a crispy golden brown, served with a Citrus Coconut/Curry dipping
sauce.  "Disco Rolls" will be the star of the show, accompanied by a few creative side dishes to
complete a "meal deal".  "Disco Rolls" can be sold and domestically, shipped frozen, complete with
cooking instructions deep fry, oven bake and/or air-fry).
