Hi my name is Philippe and if you know me you are already aware of my talent and passion for baking. If you don’t know me and may have just discovered me on Food Network’s Holiday Baking Championship, or tasted my creations via a friend, family or co-worker. I have a passion for baking that began as a teenager with my grandmother. This passion became a hobby for me and eventually a way to memorialize my grandmother now that she’s gone. When I bake I mix up more than flour, sugar, eggs and spices. I stir up emotion, love and happiness, that I hope comes across in a finished product that’s delivered directly to my customer. My goal this coming year is to make a dream of owning my own bakery come true. Unfortunately I can’t do this on my own and if you’ve ever started a business on this level you know how much it can take to get off the ground. My goal is to raise $20,000 which will go directly into opening this bakery here in the Monterey Peninsula. I know it’s a lot to ask, but I promise you once it’s open I will not disappoint!
