Operation Ackerman was founded to honor the legacy of Dr. Timothy Ackerman, DDS, MD, FACS (Captain, USN RET.) - a devoted oral and maxillofacial surgeon, beloved mentor, and fierce advocate for those who serve and like-minded individuals. After his recent passing, attributed to dementia, we aim to carry forward his spirit of generosity and service by instilling value daily.

Our mission is to instill value by investing in the lives of military members and like minded individuals who are building their futures with courage and purpose. We will create coping curricula, provide grants for the research of dementia, and build community.
