Hi, my name is Jahmal Stanford and I am a chef who graduated from American River College with my Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts.

My father, from Mississippi, was a chef in the Vietnam War. He passed away from the effects of the chemical Agent Orange, which caused him lung cancer that eventually took his life. So, in honor of him, I would like to open a restaurant and do great things for the ones who really need it. May Yahweh bless everyone.
