Hi, I'm Pat Jennerjohn, and I started this fundraiser for Paul Flight, conductor extraordinaire of the California Bach Society and Chora Nova, here in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Paul suffered a heart attack at the end of June - AND he is expected to recover fully. He is resting and healing in his family's company, and he is grateful for the excellent care he received from his cardiac team.

We are fortunate to live in a time when timely medical assistance can make the difference between life and death and the quality of life afterward. Yet, medical insurance will only cover part of the expenses incurred for his life-saving treatments. So we are reaching out to friends and colleagues to give him (and his family) some help in meeting these high out-of-pocket costs. We;ve raised the bar as these costs continue to accrue, and your help will be invaluable in removing the stress from their situation.
