Open Up Canada initiative by Fred’s Foundation

Hi, we are Jess and Maddi!

My sister and I are the founders of Fred’s Foundation. Fred Lopreiato was our adored grandfather and a successful business owner who always placed the needs of his friends and family first. We admired the persistence and passion he put into all his endeavors and accomplishments. Through his actions he taught us that you can do anything you set your mind to.

In honour of our grandfather, we created Fred’s Foundation to give back to our community and support businesses who are on the verge of closing forever due to these difficult times and ongoing lockdowns. We feel the need to step up and do all we can to help businesses who are struggling to survive. Our goal is to empower business owners to take their livelihoods back by providing them the necessary knowledge, resources and community support. We want business owners to know they are not alone and together there is no challenge that  can’t be conquered.
