For more than 20 years, God has been preparing me for this moment. From wiping down equipment at Gold’s Gym as a teen, to managing gyms, to training clients, and finally running my own Christian health coaching business—I’ve seen the good, the bad, and the broken sides of the fitness industry.

Now, I’m stepping out in faith to open Fit Church in Hampton Roads.

This won’t be just another gym. It will be a Christ-centered fitness community where the Gospel is woven into everything we do—where believers can grow stronger both physically and spiritually, and where our community finds a safe, uplifting environment to pursue health.

What is Fit Church?

Fit Church is more than a gym—it’s a Christ-centered wellness community where faith and fitness come together. Built on biblical principles, Fit Church provides open gym access, classes, and coaching in an uplifting environment filled with Christian music, scripture, and discipleship opportunities. Members experience accountability through regular check-ins, spiritual growth through weekly Bible studies, and empowerment through monthly workshops on health and wellness. With features like functional training, outdoor space, personal coaching, and The Market offering apparel, supplements, and healthy snacks, Fit Church is designed to help people grow strong in body, mind, and spirit—while equipping the Church and community to glorify God through health.

What Sets Fit Church Apart

Fit Church isn’t just about access to equipment. It’s about accountability, discipleship, and community care.

Here’s what makes us unique:

Member Care: Every member receives ongoing check-ins (30, 60, 90 days) for accountability and support.

Workshops & Clinics: Monthly public events led by Christian coaches and guest speakers on topics like food psychology, hormones, supplementation, and building muscle.

Community Engagement: Hosting and participating in local fitness and health events to serve the wider community.

Uplifting Environment: Music, messaging, and culture aligned with scripture—encouraging purpose-driven living and biblical health.

Weekly Bible Study: Accessible to all members and guests.

Saturday Outreach: Free 9 a.m. community fitness class + guest entry for members to bring friends.

Christ-Centered Atmosphere: A gym where fitness isn’t idolized, but used to glorify God and strengthen His people.

This is more than a gym—it’s a movement to rebuild health in the Church and community.
