E. Holland Sundries is a small baking company founded in 2019 by us, Shannon and Nick Phillips. We have been working out of rented commercial kitchens for a year and now have the opportunity to open our own space at the Jersey Shore where we both grew up and now reside with our daughter, Eliza. We have both worked in the food and beverage industry most of our adult lives and are excited to start something of our own. E Holland is a tribute to our daughter, Eliza. We specialize in small-batch baked goods such as pretzels, pies, and cakes. Our idea has always been to put our own twist on beloved favorites.
