I’m Tom, you might have met me around Suffolk or seen me making a fool of myself online. What many of you don’t know is that I have been quietly working away over the last few months to make the stars align and open my very first cafe/ village shop.

I’m super passionate that the brilliant little villages of the UK need places that communities can come together and socialise. Since the cafe closed in Botesdale, that relaxed tea and coffee spot has been missing. Enter The Baked Apple.

inspired by the pudding that Nanny Dee used to cook me, The Baked Apple is a place where you can relax in the good old fashioned hospitality of a proper tea room.

I am about to sign the lease for this gorgeous building and while I have some savings set aside I need a little bit of help to open.

I’m looking to raise £1,500 of ‘café credit’ which will mean that I can grantee enough cash flow to open and stay open in the early days but will also mean that whatever you put into this crowdfunder will be deducted from your bill when you come to visit us on the High Street in Botesdale.
