Hi, my name is Matt and I am opening my first dive into running my own restaurant with Napolitana sandwiches and pizzas. Everything fresh, everything handmade, affordable and everything healthy. If you've ever had a truly good pizza you know it leaves you satisfied but not bloated. That's what you will always find at Noah's.

Stuck inside during COVID, years after leaving the food industry behind, I discovered a love of making Napolitana pizza and it turns out, I'm pretty good at it.

Over four years later I found myself at a crossroads, losing a job in my dream industry, knowing I wanted to do something that brings joy to people in the simplest form, I knew Napolitana sandwiches and pizza was knocking on my door!

I've found a great location to start this adventure with a good amount of what is needed already on site. What I need is start up costs for equipment and ingredients, along with the usual boring stuff like insurance and admin.

About me? Well, I'm an English expat living in Germany for 15 years now with the love of my life and an amazing golden doodle named Arlo (who you'll likely meet at my location).

I've over a decade of experience in the restaurant industry and another decade on top of that helping to understand and connect people from all walks of life.

With finding the place I'd love to start this journey, but having lost the job in what was my dream industry, I need your help making this next chapter of my life a reality.

The food industry is fraught with risks. Low sales, lack of staffing and everything in-between. That's why I want to start small and build whilst learning how to grow without sacrificing the core principles I have which are: affordable, healthy and delicious food. I'll use my years of experience to craft a way forward that protects these principles.

Anything and everything helps get me closer to signing on the dotted line and all I can say is thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking the leap and helping me live this dream.
