Open Jar Trip

Hello, all! Most of you know the exciting news I received not too long ago. I attended the Region V Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival (KCACTF) from January 22-28th, and I participated in the Musical Theatre Intensive there. I was chosen as a finalist and performed in a musical cabaret with other colleagues from the festival. Because of that, I was then chosen amongst five others to attend the Open Jar Institute in New York City for the summer intensive! I received a $600 scholarship for it as well that will go towards my tuition. I would be leaving in late July and staying there in early August.

I just received good news today! Somehow, someway (I am NOT complaining), my tuition decreased more which means that I don't have to pay as much as I thought I would! YAS.

The rest of the tuition ($1,825) is due on April 28th. That's why I rounded up to $2100 for my goal (these amounts include my scholarship being subtracted from it, and also the fact that GFM takes a percentage of the donations away). That means that I'll keep this open until the week of the due date.  This is a lot to take in, even for myself, so if you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact me.

I'm usually not the person to ask for money, it makes me uncomfortable, but I have no way of paying for this on my own until I can start working in the summer. So any help that anyone can give would be appreciated. I am so overwhelmed and eternally grateful for the support I have received so far from EVERYONE. You are not forgotten and I am forever thankful for all who have supported me.
