Hi, my name is Mariel and I am seeking your help for my brother - Albert Magpantay II. On December 2, 2025 he suffered a heart attack that led to his admission to the ICU at Tanza Doctors Hospital. He was diagnosed with several serious conditions including Hypertensive Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease and Acute Coronary Syndrome which resulted to heart failure with a reduced ejection fraction of just 25%. He was urgently referred to the Philippine Heart Center for an angiography, where it was confirmed that he had three blockages in his heart, with two valves completely obstructed. That doctors had advised that he requires immediate open-heart surgery which will cost approximately 1.1 million pesos in Philippine money.

We as a family is reaching out with heartfelt sincerity to anyone who maybe able to assist us during this challenging time. Any contribution no matter how small would mean the world to my brother as we seek to extend his life. He is a loving husband and a father to two beautiful daughters ages only 15 and 11.
