Open Heart Surgery for my wife.
My name is Perry Grassel Many of you folks know me and my wife Cindy. On June 30th we were out for the day grabbing some lunch. I look over at my wife i could see she wasn't feeling so well . After months of her not feeling well..... I finally put my foot down and took her to the hospital (E.R.). that very day.
We have no insurance so she was reluctant to to go to the doctor despite her frequent pain and ill feelings.
Well, turns out a good thing i took her....... the hospital took her in right away and started doing tests on her. By that time Cindy was in a lot of pain and pressure in her chest. Until June 30th Cindy had no heart issues nor ever diagnosed or even mentioned....well come to find out Cindy also has a heart murmur.
Now Cindy is facing full-blown open heart, sternum
cracking HEART STOPPING SURGERY. Dr. said he was amazed that no one ever picked up on this before, The Dr. heard it the moment he put the stethoscope to her chest .
Cindy works full-time and is the major bread winner for our life here in FL, I work part-time only. So like many other family's we live paycheck to paycheck.
She's a little to proud to ask for help, but i am reaching out because with HEART issues and surgery looming,
(August 5th), I don't need her getting worried and upset about the mortgage and all the other bills. I have been looking for another part-time job, but now is not going to be the best time for that right now. Because
she will need me at home to assist her in her everyday movement and healing.
Cindy will be out of work for 6-8 weeks, that's 2 months of no income to cover the mortgage, car and all the other bills, (food electric, internet, medications, Dr. visits, etc....) I'm not looking to hit the lottery here, just trying to get a leg up on things so she can recuperate without worry. Please if you can offer a donation it would be greatly appreciated, and please share this, perhaps others you know would be able to assist HER/US in this time of need.......
