Open heart surgery for mother of two
Donation protected
My sister is a wonderful amazing and beautiful wife and mother of two precious boys. Unfortunately, she has been diagnosed with a very serious and life threating heart condition. She has a Myocardial Bridge which has caused her tremendous pain and several heart attacks. A myocardial bridge is a band of heart muscle that lies on top of a coronary artery, instead of underneath it. When the heart contracts during the heartbeat, the bridge of heart muscle can tighten down on the artery, pinching it and decreasing the blood flow causing serious health problems and can even result in sudden death. I am asking for help because she needs to have an open heart surgery very soon as her quality of life is in jeopardy. She has an opportunity to receive this surgery June 3, 2019 at Stanford University in California but need help with funding for travel and lodging due to a short notice of scheduling by the surgeon. Anything can help. Thank you to everyone who took time out of your day to read, share, or donate to this cause.
