We’re just short of what we need to bring 300+ students into a room that could change how they see their future. For many students, this will be their first real exposure to what a career in health can look like beyond the classroom, and the kind of access they typically wouldn’t get until years into their careers.
On April 11, Business Behind Health will host The New Health Order, a student-led conference connecting students directly with leaders shaping the future of health across business, technology, and policy. We already have over 200 students signed up and expect more in the coming weeks.
We’ve brought together an incredible group of speakers who have held leadership roles across institutions like Goldman Sachs, ŌURA, and major federal health agencies, alongside founders building venture-backed companies redefining care delivery, mental health, and access. These are the people actively shaping how health works today.
What makes this experience different is not just who is speaking, but the level of access students will have. We are designing an algorithm-driven networking experience that pairs students directly with professionals from companies like Medtronic, Labcorp, Google, KPMG, Novartis, Pfizer, Eli Lilly and Company, CVS Health, Apple, and others, matching them based on their interests and goals. For a student, that kind of direct connection can fundamentally change how they think about their path.
This entire effort has been built by students, from the ground up, from community-building to speaker outreach to execution. In just two years, it has grown into a 400+ student community, demonstrating a real demand for this kind of space.
We are incredibly close, but still just short of the funding needed to fully bring this experience to life at the level these students deserve.
