The Open Door Project is that place of belonging for so many children. Offering hope and light, we embrace each child, and provide the warmth that each human needs in order to develop and grow into a healthy, contributing citizen. Citizens who, in years to come, will strengthen and revitalize the village rather than cause destruction and bring harm born out of their own pain.

This summer, we were privileged to invited over a hundred children to share in the warmth of the

Open Door experience. Through this experience, a Community Garden was created, complete with a stunning mural and the opportunity to serve our community every Saturday with free produce. This summer is evidence of what is possible when we take the time to invest into the children of our village, and set the trajectory towards growth and revitalization.
