On Thursday, March 12, 2015. My friend and ex-coworker Jesse Bright, a talented network programmer for Hidden Path Entertainment, announced on Facebook that he was ending his life. Despite the best efforts of his friends, family and emergency staff, we were unable to prevent this tragedy from taking place. As his friends were attempting to talk him out of this, he did post some final requests. This is my attempt at ensuring that one of them happens.

Jesse left behind a son, Evan Bright. With the permission of various friends and family members, I proposed that we attempt to set up a college fund for Evan. I set the goal amount for $15,000 after looking up the average cost for undergraduate tuition, room, and board in an public institution.
This is my first time doing something like this, so I am not sure about how all of this works. However, I do plan on turning this account over to Evan's mother once she is ready.
