Hi, my name is Shawna, and I'm asking for help for my sweet dog, Onyx.

Onyx has struggled with severe allergies her entire life, but in the past few months, things have taken a heartbreaking turn. She's developed painful skin infections, causing her legs to swell, her skin to break down, and her hair to fall out. Watching her suffer has been devastating.

Onyx will be 7 years old on August 20th, and she's always been such a laid-back, loving soul. She craves attention and gives in back tenfold. Our 1 year old and 11 year old absolutely adores her-our 1 year old already has formed such a strong bond, and seeing Onyx in pain has affected our whole family.

Right now Onyx is receiving:

-Allergy shots every 6 weeks - $200

-Antibiotics every 2 weeks- $200 But these are just helping manage the symptoms. To get real answers, onyx urgently needs biopsy testing and further diagnostics to determine what's truly going on beneath the surface. The cost is more than we can handle alone.

We're doing everything we can, but we're asking for help to give Onyx the relief and healing she desperately needs. Our goal is to raise 1,000-3,000 to cover her ongoing care and the biopsy testing that could change everything.
