Peace be with you all and thank you for your priceless time. It is my sad duty to share the TRUTH about my life and how I met God as I was about to give it all up. MY LIFE AND TRAGIC STORY
I respectfully submit to you that suicide will be a rational choice when your own family, cousins, uncles, aunties, and even my entire community wants to see you laid in a casket. It took the HOLY spirit that made revelations to me how a true family behaves and thus ai was able to discern and start digging for the TRUTH.
I must WARN you that what you are about to read is graphic, and tragic but TRUE. I have explored and exhausted ALL means at my disposal to avoid going public. I, however, do NOT believe that they would forge another signature to cover the first mistake. I am also aware that my story may sound like the average Nigerian scam but every word I say is TRUE and God alone is with me.
I can safely say that since my father's death in 2002, I do NOT know what it means to be happy, I have NEVER had a vacation in my life, I have always viewed vacations in the USA as an opportunity to pay off my debts as you get paid extra. But why were all these calamities happening to only me? My Bulwark Energy company papers today,u family denies any knowledge of how I got to the USA. I started Goldesa Apps Inc in 2016 and that fell before it even began, Then in 2018, OC Leash LLC, a dog walking service. fully registered and ready to start then again was sued before it even launched. Who was behind this and why?
On February 3, 2009-- what was supposed to be just another routine day at my late father's JOELIZ Hotel complex, Emene Enugu state Nigeria where I was with my workers doing some renovations. -My life changed forever.
It was around 7;30 am when a car pulled in with 6 armed Special Anti Robbery squad of the Nigeria Police, I was slapped, manhandled, arrested, and carried off to an undisclosed location. At the police station, I was shown a petition signed by ALL my family members stating that I was not their brother or a beneficiary of the estate and was trespassing on Joeliz Ltd, this was a criminal matter and I was tortured so much that I just wanted the torture to end. We agreed that they would drop all criminal charges in exchange I must forget and signing away my inheritance and God willing they would put in a good word to see if my family would accept me back and take me to the USA.
The next day on 02/25/2009, my lawyer barrister Chijoke Nnaji came and bailed me from the police station and drove me straight to my family's counsel's chamber in chime avenue, new haven Enugu. With the dreaded SARS police outside, I was compelled to sign over 60 deeds of assignments of properties, a letter of undertaking, and apology letters. As I signed the documents which took over an hour, Mr. Chijoke informed me that he had good news. He spoke with my family to accept me back and they agreed to take me to the USA, a new life. I also recall my sister casually asking to look at my cell phone to see if we shared the same charger. I never got that phone back for the next 3 years. From the lawyer's place, we went for dinner somewhere but it was very awkward as a few days ago, I had sued them all for marginalization and mismanagement of my father's estate. It was indeed upon my counsel's advice that I had trespassed and taken possession of the abandoned Joeliz Ltd, I was instructed to operate and run this pending the final determination in the Enugu state high court. I was also directed to remove this matter at the Enugu high court per our agreement.
9 days later on 02/14/2009, I found myself in Los Angels. I was never allowed back to Joeliz Ltd to change my clothes or even pack a bag as someone traveling abroad (certificates, Diplomas, pictures)
In the USA, I quickly settled down within months, got 2 jobs working as a certified nurse, and in less than a year, I had saved $12k and found a girl in Chicago and was ready to settle down after presenting her to my family. This is a picture of one of her as I flew her in from Nigeria. I also noticed my family was very very reluctant to have me go back to Nigeria.
I could not know why my fiance started quizzing me about my health records, she was concerned about my health records. She offered these soothing massages and she searched my body for what I could not put a finger on. Soon enough she found a lump on my left breast and reported this to my sister who told me she would arrange for it to be taken off…. I was never told the cost or the implications, besides I was not sick but strangely she asked me to take it off.
And so it was that less than 2 years after my arrival in the USA, I was slated for a left breast mastectomy in 2010 with my sister's former colleague.
I was never told the cost of this surgery or what it was all about. I never knew I would be the one paying for it or that it's expensive to do surgeries in the urgent care unit. My family carefully isolated me over the years and mysteriously all my attempts to build any brand is aggressively attacked, my partner abandoned me for a full-time master's program after we had agreed that I build and she markets the built mobile applications. I was left with 14 mobile apps and was behind on my bills and my BMW 2010 was repossessed for nonpayment.
It is also strange that this same partner who abandoned me would suddenly come back in 2021 to sue both me and my brand new company OCLeash LLC, a pet walking service. Only my family was privy to affairs. My family offered to help me with a lawyer in this case which I stood to get $100k for damages but I did not know this lawyer would be working against me such that I lost this case for $34k. He carefully avoided the medical records of my emotional loss, conveniently.
Then it was clear my family did not want me financially stable and was hiding something big. In February 2022, I instructed my counsel to do a discovery search in the corporate affairs commission Nigeria and discovers that my family forged my late father's signature in 2014. Effectively taking over my own shares therein, So I filed a lawsuit at the Enugu State High Court in April 2021 to reinstate my rights. I could not afford the $15k fees but upon the weight of evidence and manifest injustice, my counsel agreed to be paid upon delivery.
I have had many unexplained accidents and now I see how they withhold my mails, open them if it's a check they hold it so I am behind my bills. I have also moved 10 times since 2010, which is unusual so it was clear that someone has been hovering over my affairs to ensure I never go back to Nigeria. If it is not one thing it is another.
I have reported to Police, the FBI, name it and none can help me as these crimes were committed in Nigeria and they cleverly brought me to the USA for this same reason. I filed a petition to the special fraud unit of the Nigerian police force. My former counsel Chijoke Nnaji denies knowledge of the lawsuit I filed in 2008 before my arrest in 2009 but strangely he was present to witness me sign away over 60 deeds of assignment on the same day he bailed me from the police station.
All I ask and want for is not vengeance but justice and fairness so I can move on with my life. My only crime is to love and they have weaponized this love against me.
WHAT $45,000 WILL BE USED
- Pay attorney fees that I currently owe. $15k- I had made an agreement with my counsel Mr. Chijoke Edemba of Proprium Dei legal Nigeria services due to the weight of the evidence I have and me not being financially able to pay his fees to take on my matter and I pay him when he reinstates me as a beneficiary. However, as my family is desperate and have bought over my former counsel > He seems to be dragging his foot with their arrest and prosecution and recently asked me to find another lawyer. I have been bitten once before and know lawyers can be shady for a fee.

- Security and accommodation in Nigeria for 60 days $4500
- Engage a new lawyer to file for punitive damages and my losses in Nigeria $10,000
- I intend to also set aside a portion to file a lawsuit here in the USA against my landlord who has been working with my family to harass me and have me arrested by the police to a mental facility. I have text messages as proof and suffered a great deal of discrimination under his care.

First car break-in was sometime in 2010 at my first workplace Baldwin Gardens nursing center Temple city.
This was the ER report after I had a mysterious accident in 2019 December. A car ran into me and I hit two cars in front of me. He did not even check if we were alive and called a towing truck for his car. I was able to get pictures of his driver's license.
The impact was so much that I hit two cars waiting at the light in the entrance of the freeway. It was raining like my dads accident and the driver just called a tow truck and did not even come to see if we were alive. My sis knew my ETA, she had called to ask if I was working that night
I was on my way to Walnut California to pick up my mail, again they knew my ETA and someone tossed a rock on my windshield at about 55 miles an hour, you can imagine what happened, its a mystery how I survived this. If it had gone through it would have hit my face and I would have a life-changing accident if I survived.
This was on 07/01/2022. I made a video of this. All I can call it is a miracle as I would have no means of livelihood. Do recall that I never got any treatment for the whiplash, rather I went back to work as a CNA and then in 2020 had another work-related injury. I reported the shoulder but then spread to my lower back and STILL untreated today. This is why only do uber eats deliveries and asks for help online for legal fees.
Another car break in . I had just renewed my green card and on my visit to my sister's house, I had bragged about going back to Nigeria for good and brandished it, a few hours later it was stolen. Funny how someone does not want me to go back to Nigeria.
