Smart Boards for Smart Classrooms

Port Charlotte Adventist School is a small Seventh-day Adventist elementary school located in Port Charlotte, Florida.  Since 1970, it has provided quality education to children of families of many different denominations.  It believes in providing a nurturing, family atmosphere that not only develops academic growth, but also develops Christian values and leadership skills.  Its goal is to prepare students to effectively be of service to others. 


To foster the continued delivery of engaging and quality education, I would like to help this little gem of a school acquire technology that would allow its teachers and students to better access the wide range of tools available to enhance instruction and learning.  To do this I would like to raise $7,500 to purchase interactive white boards for three classrooms that currently do not have them. 


To do this I am bicycling from Port Charlotte to southern Oregon this summer as a fundraiser for technology for Port Charlotte Adventist School.  You are welcome to follow the progress of the trip at www.ontooregon.com.


I am requesting donations and sponsorships for this trip.  Donations and sponsorships will be deposited to a school account for classroom technology and are tax deductible.
