Over the past few years of running HI Life Athletics we have built an amazing client base and community presents that reaches far beyond our small island of Oahu. We are continually asked when our classes will be available online by a multitude of people all around the world, from past clients who have moved away, to tourist who only got a taste of the HI Life, to our vast network in Germany and India, and even those who have never met us but follow us on social media.

Seeing as we've been in the fitness industry for more than half our lives we have seen the multitude of online fitness programs...and their pitfalls. We are designing a site that gives YOU the control to customize your own workout with our fitness matrix.

As fitness professionals we understand your fitness needs and goals vary day to day. Our fitness matrix allows you to create your own workout by selecting modules to build your own class ranging from one 15min module to 4 totaling an hour. Modules consist of a variety of fitness styles, and are designed for all levels.
