Hi, my name is Karly. I am the mother of Oni Mercado who passed away and a bicycle fatality here in Tarpon Springs Florida. I am raising the money for my son's Ghost Bike memorial, and to begin a non-for-profit organization that will donate helmets and safety equipment to kids in need.
