Ongoing attorneys fees for divorce from hell

Hi, my name is Dalia, and I feel like im applying for a job interview by writing this. The truth is, I took myself, my daughter, and two dogs fout of a domestic violence situation in October 2021. Fortunately for us, we had a home to come to with my family supporting us until things settled down, however, it has taken approximately $40,000 to keep the process of maintaining and ensuring our safety by way of legal fees. My family's been drawing what they have from their savings which are nearing its end, and this is still ongoing. Our next and hopefully final court date will be in the end of June. Ive worked relentlessly to heal from the wounds my ex has inflicted upon me so my daughter and i can have a beautiful and fresh start at life, but i cant help but feel obligated to reach out to my online community so that whatever financial burdens my family may now face bacuase of this can be mended somewhat.
