We are fundraising to finaicially meet and achieve legal requirements and costs related to our non-profit status and busines model. By law, 33% of our revenue must come from public funding. Your donation helps us meet this goal and goes toward the following:

1. Federal non-profit status- we are a Montana approved nonprofit, filing at the federal level; this requires funding. After this is met this requirment will drop off the list.

2. Technology requirments - Computing technolgogy and cloud storage space for our employees and organization.

3. Office space - Our organization is fully remote, but we support the office space requirements of our employees.

4. Reearch and Development - Fees related to the research, development, and implementation of a Hyperledger Fabric network dedicated to improving healthcare quality for American Healthcaere Consumers

5. Employee Hiring and Retenton - Compensation for new and existing employees that work to improve healthcare quality for all American Healthcare Cosumers.

Your donation will be tax deductible once we achieve non-profit status with the IRS (state non-profit achieved). Your donation helps us meet our mission of improving healthcare quality for everyone in America. Further, we post transparent, financial statments on our website on how donations were spent down to the dollar.
