Love & Second Chances was founded in 2012 in hopes to better connect the public with the rescue community. Our rescue is based out of Northern California (San Ramon, CA) with a small division in Sacramento, CA. We are a foster based rescue with two rescue programs; a local rescue program and a international rescue program. Our foster homes are scattered all around the bay area and within our Sacramento division. Our team consist of compassionate individuals who believes rescuing doesn’t only save the animals but the people as well. Our hope is to show that a little TLC can go a long way!
