Hello everyone

We’re Samy & Elisabeth. After more than 10 years of hard work, Samy managing a busy restaurant & Elisabeth managing artists.

we realized something important:

we were always building other people’s dreams. Making sure others had great nights, shining moments, perfect lives… while forgetting to live our own.

So we made a change. We quit our jobs, sold our apartment in Denmark, and bought a one-way ticket to Asia. We are fully funding our own travels.

This money is not for us.

This GoFundMe is for something bigger: it’s to create a community that helps us make someone’s day a little brighter.

How it works

• Anyone can donate: €5, €10, or more — unlimited.

• Each week, we’ll add up the donations.

• We’ll post a video asking: “What should we do with this money to bring joy?”

• The most liked comments will decide the action.

• We’ll film it all — so you see exactly how your contributions created smiles.

Why we’re doing this

We’re tired of empty influencer travel content — luxury hotels, infinity pools, staged sunsets. That’s not real life.

We don’t want to influence people to consume more. We want to influence people to spread kindness. To show that joy is simple, contagious, and that even a small gesture can make a big difference.

Because in Asia, even €2 or $2 can mean a meal, a gift, or a small surprise that completely changes someone’s day.

Your role

• Contribute with whatever feels right to you.

• Comment and vote each week to choose the next action.

Here are some ideas of what your contributions could turn into:

• paying a tuk-tuk driver to offer free rides all afternoon

• pre-paying for dozens of meals at a local food stall

• surprising someone by paying their grocery bill in the market

• buying paint and brushes and inviting kids (and adults!) to create art together in the street

• covering the cost of laundry services for people for an entire day

• offering cleaning products or a new outfit to someone who needs it

• pre-paying for 20 customers at a small stall and filming their reactions as they get food for free

• Watch your name, your idea, your donation turn into real moments of joy.
