Hi, my name is Dior, and I’m 18 years old. Right now, my mom and I are in a tough place financially. We recently had to put our car in the shop for a required service the cost is $2,657. Without it, we don’t have a way to get to work or move around, since we’re now staying in a more rural area where transportation is very limited. We were previously living in our car, and now we’re incredibly grateful that someone has stepped in to help and is letting us stay here. But without our vehicle, we can’t get to work or start earning again without reliable transportation in this area. We’re asking for help to raise $3,000 to get the car out of the shop and to help with a few essentials like food, and gas just enough to get us stable and back on our feet. Uber has become too expensive, and every little bit we make goes toward just trying to survive. My mom doesn’t know I’ve created this yet. She’s someone who truly depends on God and has a hard time asking for help especially because we’ve been hurt by people close to us before. She’s exhausted from trying, and we’ve already reached out to just about every organization and church in our area. Right now, I’m just trying to do what I can to help, and this is what I came up with. We are believing God will provide whether through donations, resources, or kind people willing to help.
