Hi, my name is Sage, and I’m fundraising for my sweet boy Cubby. He is a playful, loving cat who has been through more in his first year of life than most animals ever do. Cubby was born with congenital cataracts, which make it difficult for him to see the world around him. Despite his challenges, he’s always been full of joy, curiosity, and love. He loves following me around the house, playing with his big brother Ben, and brightening every single day with his beautiful cross-eyed face.

Recently, Cubby’s health struggles have taken a turn for the worst. Along with his vision problems, he now faces painful paw allergies and skin flare-ups that require a biopsy, medication, and ongoing treatment. The next major step is cataract surgery, a life-changing procedure that will finally allow him to see clearly and live the happy, healthy life he deserves. But with the surgery, testing, and follow-up care, the total cost is estimated to reach around $12,000.

I’m reaching out for help because, after being on a leave of absence this past year due to my own health complications, I simply can’t afford the costs on my own. I have done everything I can for him financially now I am asking for your support. Cubby is not just my cat, he’s my furr baby and motivation. He’s been by my side through some of the hardest moments of my life, and now I’m determined to be there for him too.
