One Place ATL - You Do Have Time to Get Away
The Backstory
Award-winning and nationally recognized luxury music DJ Mark Battle , and his philanthropist sister, Sabrina Adams, have joined forces to continue their family legacy: One Place ATL — a hybrid resort/staycation experience, all inspired by the love of family.
The siblings were inspired to create a place evocative of their family reunions which have a 50+ year legacy. Together they are bringing their family values of loyalty, integrity, and togetherness to the project. Mark, a 20+ year Atlanta resident is a serial entrepreneur who has also owned a popular New York-style pizza parlor, Sonz Pizza, and feels confident in delivering another successful product in One Place ATL.
Together, Mark and Sabrina are putting their imaginations to work, designing a space that invites you to take a break, take a seat, and enjoy an amenity-rich experience a stone's throw away from the city.

Designed with intimate gatherings in mind, each of the (8-10) villas sleeps up to six people, and are equipped with their own kitchen, pool and grill. Guests bring their own food and drink in an effort to cultivate a family-style experience.

Why This Project Means So Much
The pandemic has touched all of our lives differently but awakened a universal desire to disconnect from stress, and reconnect with loved ones and the great outdoors.
One Place ATL provides a perfect solution: an opportunity for city-dwellers to quickly escape the sounds and stressors of the metro area without greatly sacrificing their routines and schedules.
On a personal level, spaces at One Place ATL will be named after pivotal figures in Mark and Sabrina’s lives who provided encouragement, including the naming of “River Ro” after his mother who passed away a decade ago.
