Hi everyone, just thought it was time for an update on how Cal is doing 5 days on...

He remains in ICU and still on the ventilator for now. They are hoping he will be off in the next couple of days but it's a process dependent on how Cal reacts.

Bec and Al remain at his side and have asked that they be given some space while the medical team concentrate on the best way to have Cal off the ventilator. They are so appreciative, stunned and humbled with the outpouring of love and support they've received and are blown away with the financial donations from far and wide. This page has certainly relieved so much stress and allowed them the time to just be with their boy.

Although Bec Beggs hasn't returned to work following her medical issues last year, she is still one of our team.

Unfortunately, Bec's son and only child Cal was involved in an alleged hit and run overnight. He is in ICU with significant head injuries and has returned to theatre this afternoon to again relieve some of the pressure. He has some leg injuries also.

Bec's partner Al (Cal's dad) is the only one earning a wage at the moment, and whilst Cal's condition is so critical, no one could expect Al to go to work.

This go fund me is to assist Bec and Al to allow them to stay by his side. Cal will be in ICU, intubated for as long as it takes to stabilise his head injuries.

Any amount will be gratefully received and will help Bec and Al...and ultimately Cal.
