The brain tumor that Megan has, absolutely needs to be removed. She is able to be discharged so she can spend some time at home with her precious babies before her surgery.

She has two big scans scheduled for next, followed by seeing the surgeon who will go over everything and if everything goes as planned, surgery is scheduled on 10/26.

Megan will be in the hospital for brain surgery to biopsy the tumor then her and her husband will wait for the neuro, neuro oncology, and general oncology teams to assess the pathology. Then they will determine the next steps ie. Full removal or chemo and radiation.

I feel so helpless being so far, and I know she is in the best hands. And if you know Megan, you know she's a fighter, she's always been someone I've looked up to, and I love her with my whole heart! Fund will be sent directly to her family to use on medical bills, food, the million things their two toddlers require (lol), etc. She would never ask for help herself.

The world is so much better because she is in it y'all, she has such a beautiful soul whose love for God never wavers.
