One of 10 Siblings Help Pay College Tuition
Donation protected
My name is Peter. I am trying to raise money for school tuition for my first year at Carroll College, a small Catholic liberal arts school located in the lovely state capital of Montana. I've chosen Civil engineering as my major because I'm analytical, investigative, and curious. I hope to raise enough funds for this fall and spring semester.
I am from a perseverant and hard-working family with 10 brothers and sisters in Waukegan, IL. I'm the funny, creative guy in the middle of the bunch. I play classical guitar, love the outdoors, and you can see me on my bicycle catching air most of the time. I want to make a difference in this crazy world someday. I want to challenge myself, be bold, step out of my comfort zone, and experience things I once thought I could never do. Carroll has the same environment I need to thrive and obtain this goal.
Carroll's community stands out because most students are uniquely interconnected, thoughtful, outgoing, and faithful people. The community at Carroll focuses on helping one another reach a common goal rather than the often seen self-centered, materialistic goals most young adults strive for today. I believe I can change the world by first changing myself and surrounding myself with like-minded people. I'd be forever grateful for even a small donation because it all adds up no matter what.
Because I was not introduced to this extraordinary opportunity at Carroll College until late July, I am behind the curveball in funding. Thankfully, I received an extremely generous scholarship. As a result, I only need to raise $15,360 for this school year.
I would appreciate any help and be forever grateful.
