We’re a group of fourth-year Sport Media students at Toronto Metropolitan University, and as part of our final practicum, we’re producing One More Shift: An Evening with Paul Rosen.
On November 10, 2026, we’ll be bringing together hockey, mental health, Para sport and community at Honey and Barry Memorial Arena. The night will feature Paul Rosen, three-time Paralympian and 2006 Paralympic gold medallist, in a live conversation about hockey, adversity and mental health, followed by a charity hockey game.
We’re raising $1000 to help cover essential production costs like equipment, jerseys, event materials and other expenses needed to make the night happen.
Any funds raised beyond our production costs will be donated to charity. Ticket proceeds will also go toward charity, and we’re currently finalizing the organizations that will benefit from the event, including the possibility of supporting two separate charities through ticket sales and our silent auction.
Any support, whether through donating, attending or sharing, helps us bring One More Shift to life.
