He has spent the majority of his career in New York where one of his greatest accomplishments was working at 3 Michelin Starred; Eleven Madison Park amongst many others. He was laid off due to the pandemic which pushed him to pursue his dream of opening a food truck serving Neopolitan Style Pizza. This will mean so much to his family and to his children.
